CCTV captures 'chilling' moment when chartered plane crashed in Mumbai's Ghatkopar killing 5
A CCTV camera installed at a building in Mumbai's thickly populated suburb of Ghatkopar, captured the "chilling" moments when a chartered plane crashed on Thursday killing five persons, including a pregnant engineer and a pedestrian. The video shows the 12-seater plane crashing and bursting into a ball of fire, engulfing five lives within seconds.
On hearing a loud bang of the crash, locals immediately rushed out of their houses to the crash site. Witnesses have said that when the plane pounded the boundary wall of the under-construction residential complex, it burst leaving a strong smell of fuel all over the area. Various parts of the aircraft also completely burnt in the process.
