New Delhi: Mumbai Police recently busted a prostitution racket and have arrested a 23-year-old model, identified as Rekha Vaishnav, for allegedly running the dirty business under the guise of a production house named VR Entertainment.
A special squad under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP Zone IX) Satya Narayan Chowdhary busted the racket.
As per reports, the model used to lure aspiring models with roles in movies and shot them in the nude. She then forced them into the flesh trade, claimed the police.
“The girls were brought from Gujarat and Delhi. Vaishnav prepared them for nude photo shoots, after which she sent the photos to customers via WhatsApp. When the customer chose the girl, Vaishnav decided the amount to be paid,” said a police officer.
In the raid, police rescued two models from the den located at New MHADA Society, near Lokhandwala Circle in Versova.
