BJP chief Amit Shah said PM Modi had provided a decisive government in the last five years and dared to carry out surgical strikes and airstrikes on the foundation of terror.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday released the BJP's manifesto in the presence of senior party leaders, including party president Amit Shah who said the 'Sankalp Patra' makes 75 pledges for 75 years of Independent India.
The 'Sankalp Patra' (document of resolution) comes three days before the seven-phased Lok Sabha elections beginning on April 11.
"We have set 75 well-defined resolutions in our manifesto that we can fulfil in a time-bound manner. We are moving forward with 'one mission, one direction'," PM Modi said, addressing the gathering.
"Our 'Sankalp' is to change India from a developing country to a developed country. This should turn into a mass movement," he added.
Amit Shah said the party promised the people of India a transparent, strong and decisive government and urged voters to bring the party back to power.
"Our 'Sankalp Patra' promises to fulfil all expectations of the people," he said.

With its strikes on terror, the Modi-led government sent out the strong message that India cannot be taken lightly, he added.
India's development from 2014 to 2019 will be written in golden words in history, he asserted at the launch of the party's manifesto.
In 2014, Shah said, the economy was ranked 11th.
"Today, we are sixth largest economy in the world," he said.
The BJP also promised to provide pension for small and marginal farmers to ensure social security after 60 years of age.
"Our security doctrine will be guided by our national security interest. This is exemplified by the Surgical Strikes and the Air Strikes carried out recently. We will firmly continue our policy of 'Zero Tolerance' against terrorism and extremism and continue to (give) a free hand to our security forces in combating terrorism," the manifesto read.
It also promised 33 per cent reservation in Parliament and state Assemblies through a Constitutional amendment.
"Our 'Sankalp Patra' is a vision document that lists the expectations of 130 crore Indians," Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said.
He added, "We are fully committed on nationalism and zero tolerance towards terrorism."
Singh said the BJP was committed towards implementing a Uniform Civil Code in the country and all alternative options will be explored for the construction of a Ram temple at Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh in the most conducive manner.
The saffron party would ensure the passage of the Citizenship Amendment Bill in Parliament with utmost respect to every state's cultural values, he added.
