While Japan is being represented by a deputy minister, Israel's ambassador to India Daniel Carmon is representing his country at this extravaganza.

Union agriculture minister Radha Mohan Singh, senior officials of state and Central governments and other dignitaries would be present at the inaugural ceremony.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is likely to preside over the closing ceremony on October 28.
