Encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam
Two terrorists were killed during an encounter with security forces in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir early on Wednesday. The encounter was reported from Gopalpora area of the district.
A brief exchange of fire took place between the security forces and terrorists after which the area had been cordoned off.
Arms and ammunition were recovered from the site of the encounter. The identities and affiliations of the terrorists killed are yet to be ascertained.
The encounter was later concluded and a case was registered in the incident.
