Pakistan Army on Friday violated ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch region.
The violation has taken place in Khari Karmara area, which is being retaliated by the Indian Army.
This is the third ceasefire violation to have taken place in Poonch in three days.
Earlier on Thursday, Pakistan fired on forward posts along the LoC in Poonch and targeted Kaswa and Kerni areas. The Indian Army retaliated effectively, an official said, adding there were no injuries or casualties.
Another ceasefire violation had happened on Wednesday afternoon in Gulpur area.
