A joint team of Army's 22 RR, Special Operation Group (SOG) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Sunday morning launched a cordon and search operation in Zaloora village in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on suspicion of movement of suspected terrorists in the region.
Meanwhile, in Pulwama district, suspected terrorists attacked Army camp in Tral's Bajwani. No loss of life or property was reported.
On Saturday, a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officer, Rajendra Prasad, was killed in a terrorist attack in Budgam district.
However, the attack was successfully repulsed by the security personnel.
