The exam was held in June 1 to 10, 2016 aross the country. Lakhs of candidates participated in this ICSI CS examination.

Steps to Check ICSI Executive Result 2016 and Professional exam Result 2016

Step 1 – Visit the official website by using following link http://www.icsi.edu

Step 2 – After visit Click on the link ‘CS Executive and Professional exam result 2016’

Step 3 –  A new page will open

Step 4 – Select the examination and enter your roll number

Step 5 –  The result will be displayed

Step 6 –  Check and take a print out

Note: ICSI has also announced registration for professional programme of the candidates who have passed the executive programme in June 2016. The candidates can apply on or before August 31, 2016.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the organisation set up under an Act of Parliament, i.e., Company Secretaries Act, 1980, for the regulation and development of the profession of company secretary in India. As per the provision to Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read along with rule 8 and 8A of companies (appointment and remuneration of managerial) rule 2014, all companies having a paid up capital of Rs.5 crore or more are mandatorily required to appoint a full-time company secretary and as per section 204 all listed companies and public companies having a paid up share capital Rs 50 crore or more and turnover of 250 crore or more are required to procure a secretarial audit report from a Practicing Company Secretary which has to be annexed to the Directors' Report along with the annual accounts.
