Former Supreme Court judge Markandey Katju today revealed that he fell in love with Jayalalithaa when he was young as he found her ‘very attractive’ although it was a one-sided, unrequited love.
In a Facebook post, Justice Katju wrote, “When I was a young man, I found her extremely attractive and had fallen in love with her, though of course she did not know about it, and it was unrequited love."
“I still find her attractive (which unfortunately I am not now), and am still in love with her, and wish her speedy recovery,” he added.
In the same post, he compared the ailing Tamil Nadu Chief Minister with ‘sherni’ and added that she will recover and return to work soon.
He also took a post shot at her opponents by terming them as ‘langoors’.
“All these Cassandras of doom will be disillusioned. Jayalalitha is a sherni, and her opponents are languor. She will recover and be back to work,” he added.
