In a suspected revenge attack, a young man was brutally killed in broad daylight on a busy road at Attapur area in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The incident occurred around 11.30 am.
Two people have hacked him with an axe. The video of the shocking incident has gone viral. The victim was identified as Ramesh (28). After attending a court hearing, the he was returning home.
Some locals and a traffic police constable tried to save him but all in vain.
The two attackers were nabbed by police.
Cops said they suspected it to be a revenge killing as Ramesh was the prime accused in the murder of Mahesh, son of one of the assailants, in December 2017, reported news agency PTI.
Further investigation was going on, said cops.
