Faridabad: House where bodies of four family members were recovered
Four members of a family were found dead under mysterious circumstances in Faridabad’s Surajkund on Saturday morning. The incident was reported from Dayalbagh area of the city after an alarm of foul smell from the house was raised by the neighbours.
The bodies of the family members were recovered in a deteriorated condition. The deceased were identified as Meena Mathew (42), Beena Mathews, (40) Jaya Mathews (39) and their brother Pradeep Mathews (37), who had hanged themselves a few days ago.
The police have also recovered a suicide note from the spot, in which financial crisis has been stated as the cause of suicide. The note also said nobody was responsible for their death.
As per the reports, their father had expired a few years ago, while the mother had passed away five months back.
Forensic experts had visited the sport post the incident and the police have begun investigations into the matter.
According to the suicide note, the family members have expressed the desire of burial in cremation ground at Burari in Delhi.
The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination and would be handed over to Father of a local Church, said the police.
