The woman fell from the third floor of an upscale society in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
A 45-year-old woman fell to death from an upscale highrise apartment in Ghaziabad's Indipuram area on Friday. According to reports, the deceased, identified as Kavita Bhutani, fell from the third floor of ATS Advantage society.
As per preliminary investigations, Kavita was alone at her flat at the time of incident. She reportedly was undergoing treatment for depression. Kavita's husband Arvind Bhutani works as Assistant General Manager in Steel Authority of India.
Police have sent the body for postmortem and further investigations are underway. No suicide note has been recovered so far, the police said.

"We are investigating the matter from all angles. As of now, we only only that the woman fell from the third floor of the building. The real cause behind the incident will be known only after a thorough probe," Indirapuram ASP Ravi Kumar said.
