According to news agency ANI, the fire broke out at 5 am on Sunday.

A fire broke out at the Obra Thermal Power station of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) on Sunday morning.

According to news agency ANI, the fire broke out at 5 am on Sunday.

Fire tenders are present at the spot. So far no casualties have been reported. Additional District Magistrate Umakhant Tripathi said that the cause of fire is yet to be examined.

The Obra Thermal power station, situated in the border of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand, supply power mostly to Uttar Pradesh.
