In yet another shocking incident, a man was found dumped witho head and arms, in a plastic bag near Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa college bus stop in Delhi University's North Campus on Sunday morning.
Police said that it received a call at 8 a.m. that an unclaimed bag was lying near a bus stop located some distance from Delhi University's Khalsa College.
"The bag contained a body without a head and hands. The unidentified victim seemed to be aged around 30," a police officer said.
Police is scanning CCTV footage of cameras installed close to the bus stop and the roads leading to the area, to find out how did the bag reach there.
