In a daring incident, robbers carried out loot at the residence of a 65-year-old doctor PK Batra in Mukherjee Nagar area of Delhi Monday night.
The robbers tied Batra, who was alone at his Paramanand Colony residence at the time of the incident, before carrying out loot.
Four robbers entered the house of Batra, tied him when the doctor tried to resist their robbery attempt, and stabbed him after carrying out the loot.
The robbers fled away after Batra’s family members returned to their residence.
An injured Batra has been admitted to the hospital. Delhi Police is further investigating the matter.
