The division bench of Delhi High Court today reserved order in the Associated Journals Ltd (AJL) eviction case. AJL had appealed against the single bench order asking it to evict Herald House in New Delhi.
A bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice VK Rao reserved the decision after AJL concluded its arguments.
The court also asked AJL and the Centre's lawyers to file their written submissions in three days.
