Even as global pressure against Masood Azhar mounted, China chose to put up "technical hold" as an excuse to shield the Jaish chief, whose terror organisation recently claimed responsibility of the deadly attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district, that claimed lives of 44 CRPF personnel.
