The Border Security Force (BSF) foiled an infiltration bid along the International Border (IB) in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said today.
“Suspicious movement was seen close to the International Border in Samba sector late last night," a BSF official said.
Alert BSF troops fired upon the infiltrators forcing them to flee.
“BSF troops fired upon the infiltrators forcing them to return, no more movement was seen later,” he said.

Earlier on Wednesday, Army had successfully foiled an infiltration bid by the Pakistani terrorists in Tangdhar Sector in North Kashmir.
