As the tensions are running high between India and Pakistan, the voice of calm has come from Buddhist leader Dalai Lama.
Known for his messages of peace, the Tibetan leader today appealed the world to abandon the practice of mocking others and spreading falsehood.
"The kind of behavior that really is spiritual practice consists of refraining from falsehood and abiding by the truth, neither humiliating nor mocking others, being humble, and having a good heart and helping others," Dalai Lama said in a tweet today.
False propaganda and the social media rumor mill is working overtime in India and Pakistan as both countries are reeling under a very rough patch in ties since the Pulwama terror attack, which claimed the lives of 40 CRPF Jawans.
