Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Saturday extended the CBI custody of Christian Michel, the alleged middleman in AgustaWestland chopper scam, by four days.
The CBI had sought an extension of five days saying the agency wanted to confront him with more evidence.
Michel was extradited to India on Dec 4. Michel was brought to Delhi from Dubai by a team of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The CBI said that Christian James Michel was extradited to India in an operation under the guidance of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.
A Delhi Court had on Dec 10 granted CBI five-day remand of Christian Michel.
