Janhvi Kapoor at National Awards ceremony
Sridevi has always carried sarees with utmost grace and her daughter Janhvi Kapoor seems to be following her footsteps. The debutant draped her mother's gorgeous saree for 65th National Award ceremony in Delhi. She collected Best Actress Awards for Mom on behalf of Sridevi along with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor.
The diva looked ravishing in the ivory and pink sari with light golden border. She kept the accessories part simple with matching jhumkas and kadas. Janhvi opted for dewy make-up with pink-tinted lips and soft kohled eyes. She rounded off her look with a silver bindi and hair left in soft curls.
Celebrated designer Manish Malhotra, who dressed up Sridevi for most of the occasions shared a beautiful photo of Janhvi on Instagram. The caption reads: ''The very pretty @janhvikapoor as she goes to Receive Sridevi Ma’am’s Much Deserved National Award for her fabulous performance in Mom’ ... On the professional front, Janhvi is preparing for her debut movie Dhadak, co-starring Ishaan Khattar. The movie directed by Shashank Khaitan is an official remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat. The Marathi film directed by Nagaraj Manjule was critically acclaimed and minted over Rs 100 crore.
