* Stay away from upset eating: People often turn to eating when they feel low, sad or are upset about something. They go in for dark chocolates, chips, ice-creams and beverages which makes them feel a bit relaxed, but not inside off course. Your mind is wired in a way to look at your favorite snacks as if they are your rescuers.
 


How to repent: Stop right before heading off to even thinking about food when you are upset. Replacing bad memories with food and drinks won't only damage you but also will get registered with your body as an anti-dote for sadness, eventually turning you into a ball of junk food.
