* Constant munching & less drinking: How many glasses of water have you had till now? Do you remember number of eating breaks you had today? Are you planning to go in for a late night dinner watching your favourite flick? If you have nos' for first two and yes for the last than it's high time that you keep a check on yourself rather than being jealous of you work colleague.
How to repent: Adapt 3...2...1 rule, go in for 3 proper nutrious meals in a day, make sure you drink at least 2 ltrs of water each day, and you have 1 hour of gap between your last meal and sleep.
