* Eating in-front of TV: Dinning tables were designed for a specific reason so that you have your eyes on your food to know what and how much you were eating. Eating in-front of TV gets us to either lie on couches or even binge eating until your favourite shows finishes off.
How to repent: Avoid watching TV at least until you finish eating. This way you will pay attention to your diet patterns. Sitting straight with legs parallel to each other and perpendicular to floor has it's own benefit.
