Exercising while on desk:

So if you had been reading this page until now in slopping position, then just sit up straight. Now that you are sitting straight tightly pull in your tummy and sit in this position for 5 seconds repeat it 20 times and do it thrice a day and (please read) everyday!

And while you take break from the above exercise, try sitting with knees held together and squeeze in your inner thighs for 2 seconds, now repeat it 3 times in a day.

Whenever you are talking to your colleagues or your boss while standing, tighten your butts and thigh muscles. Do this every time your stand up.

So, if you have by now decided to give those people (who sheepishly sympathised your weight gain) a stern look, gear up and follow this regime for next 2 months with full conviction and let your results talk!
