Of course you must first give time to your child and when you feel that you have time and strength, then go in for light-weight exercises like, a little jog, take up stairs, do light yoga, and start eating healthy.
5. Be confident!
There would be many people advising you on how to loose weight, which gym to hit etc. But the most important thing is your confidence in yourself.
Be cheerful, and see the changes in yourself. Self confidence boosts up your inner strength and quality time with your baby and your family would automatically bring back the shape of your smile and body.
