Sambosa
Sambosa is a stuffed triangular pastry and is quite popular in the month of Ramadan. While the outer crust of sambosa is made of maida, the stuffing can be of various things like potato, cheese or beef.
It is served as an appetizer at the time of iftaar. This dish is popularly served in Middle East, Central and South Asia, and East/North Africa with varied names. But in India it is also called as ‘samosa' at times.
Vermicelli Pudding
