Time to treat yourself with top mangoes recipes (see pics)

The season of mangoes is here. Generally, people don't look forward to the summer. But there is one thing that comes with the season that is 'King of fruits: Mango'. The season has just started

Aamras- Amras is the pulp of the tropical fruit mango eaten in India. The pulp of a ripe fruit is extracted usually by hand and consumed along with Chapati. 

At times ghee and milk are added to the pulp to enhance its flavour. Sugar is also added to adjust the sweetness.

A regional version of Amras is a popular dessert in Rajasthansi cuisine and Marwari , Maharasthra, Gujarati  homes, especially during festivities.
