We all have been secretly wishing more than trying hard to loose those extra flab's from our body. Some of us succeed, but what about the rest?
Haven't we all heard those petty heavy jokes on us or been jokingly taunted by our friends and colleagues about our diet and sometimes how we look.
Aren't you not always tormented by those shopping rounds with your friends, who easily get into any dress and you quickly peek around to see what would fit you?
Some of us give ourselves petty excuses like, nothing motivates us, I love my body, I like the way I am. Of course, we love to shape our body but somewhere deep down we just wish to lose a few inches here and there if not more.
Like us, 31 yr-old Mike Waudby, too was depressed about being overweight, not having a girlfriend, or being nowhere to go (a place where we could be accepted the way we look and not judged by others.)
In an interview Mike revealed that all his weight gain was not due to excessive eating but alcohol. Mike told, 'I wasn't a binge eater, I would usual start my day with a bowl of cereal, a sandwich for lunch, and whatever mom served me for dinner'.
He also added, 'I used to be at home watching TV and playing games. I would order alcohol online. I used to consume 3000 calories a day through alcohol'.
It was one day that Mike Waudby, met this really beautiful girl, Morgan. Who motivated him to lose weight.
Mike credits Morgan for his transformation. Mike says, 'Morgan told me that she hated those people who would judge people because how they look and how much they weigh'.
