Ok... this you might have heard zillion of times... So here it is zillionth and one time! Just stay out of negative thoughts. Imbibe yourself with positive things. Here goes another small exercise, For a week, try and speak out only single positive words, like Good, Great, Fine, Better etc and nothing else not even full sentences! In you second week, try single positive sentences, and trust me from your week you will the change yourself!
