Egg Sahi Paneer- Yes you read it correct. We will be making Sahi Paneer out of egg.
All you have to do is take 7-8 eggs. Add a pinch of coriander, pepper, salt and beat it nicely till the time it becomes a thick batter.
Take a deep vessel and coat it with a good layer of oil. The vessel should be small so that you get a thick layer of egg. At the time when you are cooking the egg, add oil in between so that egg don't sticky to the pan.
After the egg is cooked from both the side, invert it on a plate and cut it into small pieces. Prepare all the spices which are generally put in a sahi paneer dish and add in your newly prepared Egg paneer and serve it hot!
