Pear shape is better than Apple shape
We often think it is better to have fat around your thighs and calves instead of your abdomen as the latter tends to give you heart disease.
But according to studies in US universities the fat around your thighs has an equal effect to your lifestyle as does fat around abdomen.
Apple shaped people have to concentrate at their belly areas which is easier to trim down as it has loose fat, in comparison to Pear shaped people because their thigh fat is harder to lose.
