Day 4: This day you shall eat about 5 bananas and 5 whole glass of milk the entire day. Strictly there must be no other fruits, vegetables and beverages.
Day 5: Today your diet must include red meat, fish, chicken combined with green vegetables but no fruits. You can also have a small bowl of brown rice to go with.
Day 6: This day too shall remain as same as your day 5 diet i.e. Combination of chicken/fish/red meat with a small bowl of brown rice.
