Her weight loss journey was not at all easy with scores of criticism from all Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took her time to silence her critics.
Ever since her Cannes appearance this year Aishwarya managed to garb eyeballs all and looked even slimmer, prettier when she attended the store launch of Longines watch.
Aishwarya, who inaugurated the new store, looked stunningly gorgeous and slimmer in black LBD. The former beauty queen was chic in a black leather collared Gucci number with knee-high boots, also by Gucci.
Aishwarya Rai finished off her look with a sleek ponytail and matt lips.
This pretty LBD was like a breath of fresh air after the back to back of appearances in embellished and voluminous Indian wear.
However, Aishwarya got it right this time by keeping the look simple and radiant as she pulled off the simple look with her blue eyes richly lined with eye liner and heavy mascara.
Like most mothers, Aishwarya too gained weight after giving birth to daughter Aaradhya in November 2011.
But she was criticized for not shedding the kilos quickly considering her celebrity status.
The gorgeous lady flaunted a massive sparkler on her ring finger. The Gucci dress that Aishwarya wore for store launch was first worn by Emma Stone on the Jimmy Fallon show for the promotions of her film 'Amazing Spider Man 2'.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recently made headlines with news of her reuniting with 'Devdas' co-star, Shah Rukh Khan for the remake of ‘Chalti Ka Naam Gadi'.
The mother-of-one has also agreed to do good friend Karan Johar's directorial venture, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
Aishwarya's fans must be very elated to see her getting back in shape and creating the same magic that she used to create earlier.
