Cinnamon is a known tonic and stimulant that warms the whole system and helps to combat fatigue. It is  obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum . Sprinkle a little on your cereal at breakfast to get your daily intake. It has an anti-clotting effect on the blood.

In a study published by researchers at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Maryland, cinnamon reduced the proliferation of leukemia and lymphoma cancer cells.
