It can be used for improve muscle strength; improve respiration, protection from injury, cardiovascular health, etc. But there’s something more to Yoga. As we’ve already mentioned in our previous post, how Yoga can be used to get slimmer face, we’re now going to discuss how yoga can give you glowing skin without requiring any cosmetics. We have often found that people struggle for glowing skin throughout the year. And so they resort for expensive skin treatments and cosmetics to get the skin they desire for. But hey, here’s the good news. You can get ever-glowing skin with the help of Yoga.
On International Yoga Day 2017, we would like to share some yoga asanas with you for ageless glowing skin.

- Premature Ageing: It happens primarily due to poor lifestyle, inadequate diet, smoking and alcohol addiction, unhealthy food choices, etc.

Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose)
It improves the texture of your skin by enhancing the blood circulation. When you practice this pose, the blood rushes to your head. It helps alleviate adult acne and pimples.
Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
It improves the blood circulation to your face and head. It increases the oxygen supply to your head and face and improves the quality of your skin.
Shishuasana (Child Pose)
It improves the blood circulation to your head region and enhances your mood. When your mood is uplifted, it reflects on your skin.
On 21st June, the world is observing International Yoga Day. It is commonly referred to as Yoga Day. It was started being celebrated since 21st June, 2015. A separate day was dedicated to Yoga unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly on 11th December 2014, but the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi suggested UN to change the date of International Yoga Day to 21st June. Do you know why? Because 21st June is the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and it shares a special significance in the world.
