If you have suddenly started consuming more calories or cut back on exercise, so you wouldn't’t be surprised if the number on the scale goes higher. But what if you are doing every possible thing to maintain your health and your weight still goes up? Taking care of your body, staying fit and eating well should be one’s top priorities for having a long and healthy life. There are times when you are in the process of losing weight or trying to stay healthy but you still gain unnecessary weight.
