We all cherish slurping on our favourite ice cream flavour, but the high temperatures kill all the fun. In our childhoods, we wished for an ice cream which never melted, but it seemed like an impossible invention back then. But our dreams have come true now. Japanese researchers have solved this universal problem of melting ice cream. So to put a smile on your face, here comes an ice cream, that never melts!
Japan’s bio therapy development research center found out that a dessert when made using polyphenol, a liquid extract from strawberries, solidifies cream instantly. A pastry chef added a bit of strawberry polyphenol to dairy cream and that’s when the magic happened. The cream solidified every time he added polyphenols.
This was an accidental discovery. They struck gold which could solve the universal problem of mess created by melting ice cream. This trick is gaining the attention like a wildfire and there’s no stopping. The food connoisseurs from around the world are flocking the country to try it out.

A Japanese news outlet Asahi Shimbun confirmed that the ice cream really does not melt. The reporter stood out in the temperature of 28-degrees for five minutes and the ice cream did not melt!
