A study published in journal of the public heart association says that heart disease and stokes risk of a mother later in life, can easily be reduced through breastfeeding. Those women who breastfeeds their babies they have only 10 percent risk of getting prone to heart disease. After pregnancy, a mother possesses much health benefits which helps her in faster ‘reset’ of her metabolism. A women’s metabolism is highly bothered by her pregnancy.
