Bhartiya Janta Party president JP Nadda on Monday appointed Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and BJP's national general secretary Vinod Tawde as the central observers for Karnataka to elect LOP in the Karnataka Assembly.
According to sources, they will be travelling to Bengaluru in a couple of days.
