Karnataka street fight: A man was brutally injured in a fight between two groups in Karnataka's Udupi. A viral video of the incident that took place on May 18 (Saturday) night went viral on social media today.
At least six people were involved in the fight. According to police, two of them have been arrested, while four are still on the run. The fight broke out over a financial dispute, the police added.
A mobile video taken by the resident of a high-rise near the road where the fight happened showed two cars were involved in the incident. One of the cars reversed in speed and hit the other on the bonnet. Black smoke came out. Soon, men from the two cars got out and hit each other. During the fight, one of the cars rammed a man holding a stick. The impact threw him to the ground, where he lay injured.
The police said they have formed an investigation team to find the four men who are still on the run.

BJP posted the video on X today (May 25).
BJP wrote on social media, "Karnataka model! Gang wars, rape of young women, assault, murder, bomb blasts, ganja, opium, rave parties, including Pakistan Zindabad slogans etc. @INCKarnataka are common under government rule. Anarchy is created today as a result of the government giving a free hand to the terrorists, fanatics, thugs, miscreants @siddaramaiah and making the police a puppet."
"This is the Karnataka model that Congress is showing to the country!", BJP added.
