The State Bank of India (SBI) on Friday invited application for 8,653 posts of clerks for its branches across India. SBI on its official website issued a notification for the Clerk Recruitment 2019 through Advertisement No. CRPD/CR/2019-20/03).
State Bank of India keeps providing opportunities to graduates (fresher and experienced professionals) from time to time.

SBI Clerk Recruitment: When can you apply?
Online registration of application and payment of fees can be done between: 12.04.2019 to 03.05.2019
The application process will complete only when the fee is deposited with the Bank through Online mode on or before 03 May 2019. The registration process starts today i.e. 12th April 2019.
When is the exam date for SBI clerk recruitment 2019?
The preliminary exams will be tentatively conducted in June 2019.
When will the admit cards issued?
The admit cards for the same will be released in June whereas the tentative dates for Main Exam is 10th August 2019.
The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular state should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against each state/UT).
The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online main examination but before joining the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be offered an appointment. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test. There is no provision for Inter Circle Transfer / Inter-State Transfer for Junior Associates to be recruited.

What is the Pay Scalem for SBI clerk?
The starting Basic Pay is 13,075.00 (11765.00 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates.)
SBI Clerk recruitment 2019 Application fees:
SC/ST/PWD/XS category candidates are expected to pay Rs 125/- (Intimation Charges only), whereas General/OBC/EWS category candidates have to pay Rs 750/- (App. Fee Including Intimation Charges)
SBI Clerk recruitment 2019 Educational Qualification:
Candidates having Graduation Degree in any discipline are eligible to apply to the post. Candidates who are in Final year of their graduation can also apply provisionally.
SBI Clerk recruitment 2019 Age Limit: (As on 01 April 2019)
Not below 20 years and not above 28 years, Also age relaxation is given to SC/ST for 5 years, other backward Classes (OBC) for 3 years, PWD (Gen/ EWS) 10 years, PWD (SC/ST) of 15 years, PWD (OBC) of 13 years as per government norms.
SBI Clerk recruitment 2019 Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of an online test (preliminary & main examination) and test of specified opted local Languages.
Preliminary Examination (online): It will consist of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online mainly focusing on subjects English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability with the time bound of 1 hour.
Main Examination (online): The Main Exam will be online objective type test consists of four subjects i.e.-General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, with the time bound of 2 hours 40 minutes.
