The Patiala House court sent four accused to police remand for seven days on Thursday. This comes after they were produced before the court by the Delhi Police.

All four accused were produced by the Special Cell of Delhi police, which sought their 15-day custodial interrogation. Representing Delhi Police, Public Prosecutors Advocates Atul Srivastava, Irfan Ahmed and Akhand Pratap Singh informed the court that the accused persons tried to incite fear.
The six individuals have been identified as Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Amol Shinde, Neelam Devi, Lalit and Vishal Sharma. The police said all six accused had known each other for four years.
Parliament security breach: "The accused had the same ideology and hence decided to give a message to the government. The security agencies are trying to ascertain if they were instructed by anyone or any organisation," an police official said.
The police have so far recovered 544 passports and frozen 23 bank accounts which were used for financial transactions as gang members had collected Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 from each unemployed man to give them jobs in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Russia and Azerbaijan, said the official.
