How much truth is there in the video?

When we found this video, the first thing we did was visit the YouTube channel of Sansad TV. Where the video of all the proceedings in Parliament is uploaded on the official media channel of the government, Sansad TV. There, we found a video that was 24 minutes and 29 seconds long. It was posted with the title Meenakshi Lekhi's Remarks. In that video uploaded on Sansad TV, BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi said at one point after 8 minutes that ED would go to your house too. Later, she also said that it was a joke. After that, she further says, "Here people will keep taking the country's money out and ED will not work, these people will keep electing the people of the country, ED will not work. You will commit hooliganism and the police will not work."

The video that is being shared rapidly on social media, in which the viral statement of the minister, "Keep quiet or else the ED may arrive at your home"  is visible, is not a completely accurate video.
