In a major twist, popular TV character Ishita Bhalla of Ye Hai Mohabbatein will be killed. Does this hint that Divyanka Tripathi is calling it quits to the show after four years? In one of the upcoming episodes, Ishima will be bumped off. As per new reports, producer Ekta Kapoor is keen to bring in a bunch of new faces on the long-running show. "I will be seen dying on the show. It's a great track, so anything for it”, Divyanka was quoted as saying to Mid-day.
Divyanka’s character will reportedly succumb to the injuries suffered while trying to rescue Pihu from her kidnappers.
Currently, in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, the show has taken a time leap, after which Raman Bhalla has forgotten all about his lovely wife Ishita. The story has moved to Budapest, and Ishita has joined hands with Ashok.
Raman and Ishita reconnect as entrepreneurs, while their daughter Ruhi has become his rival. All this drama has catapulted the show to the Top 5 again. However, after the above-mentioned twist surrounding Ishita's death, we won't be surprised if YHM becomes a No. 1 show again.
