No sooner did Vikas Gupta enter the Bigg Boss 11 house on October 1, he made huge headlines thanks to his ugly spat with inmate Shilpa Shinde. Vikas, a popular face of the Indian television industry, is seen breaking down and leaving the Bigg Boss house in the latest promo. Even, fellow contestant Hina Khan, who once supported Vikas, can be seen yelling at him. In such a scenario, Vikas’s brother Siddharth Gupta said he is extremely saddened by how his brother is being treated in the reality show.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Siddharth said, “I feel very guilty for the fact that I pushed him to be a part of the show because I have been a fan of the show myself. However, the way things have been unfolding inside the house, it breaks my heart and I can’t see my brother crying like this. My mother was getting panic attacks last night when she saw how the inmates were treating her son. No one has given them the right to discuss his sexual orientation and make fun of it”.
Speaking about the infamous and never-ending Vikas Vs Shilpa fight, Siddharth said that the TV actress had been instigating Vikas since day one.
“From what the world knows about them is that it was because of Vikas that she had to quit the popular show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai but little do they know that it was a part of the contract and they don’t have any other history. I too was a fan of her acting until all of this happened and I don’t know why she is holding a grudge”, Vika’s brother was quoted as saying to the daily.
Bigg Boss 11 episode 9 will air on Colors TV at 10:30 pm tonight, where inmates attack Vikas Gupta to the fullest. Following the constant insult, he locks himself in a room and sobs and, later tries to escape from the house.
