Now, things will start afresh for Kapil Sharma, both in his personal as well as professional life. In the teaser, Kapil Sharma fans are seen enjoying The Kapil Sharma Show season 3 on their mobile phones. It shows people from nooks and corners of the country watching the comedy show. The new season of The Kapil Sharma Show season 2 is being produced by none other than Salman Khan. It will have all the previous cast of the show restored except Sunil Grover, Sugandha Mishra and Ali Asgar. They are teaming up for another show Kanpur Wale Khuranas. In Kapil Sharma Show season 2, Bharti Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakraborty will be seen.

He also indulged in an infamous war of words with a renowned journalist. The call recoding which had Kapil Sharma hurling cuss words at the journalist went viral on the internet. Soon after that, he took a sabbatical and went into a rehabilitation centre in Bengaluru. He shared pictures and videos from his rehab centre.
