Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover's recent heated argument on Twitter shattered all hopes of patch-up between the two former co-stars. However, the latter has surprisingly initiated a sweet gesture on Kapil's birthday and fans are hoping that this will end the cold war between the two comedians.
It is Kapil Sharma's 37th birthday and wishes are flooding in from all the corners. However, birthday wish by friend-turned-foe is undoubtedly the most special one which surely needs a mention. In an attempt to mend ties, Sunil took to Twitter to wish Kapil. He wrote on Twitter, ''"Happy Birthday @KapilSharmaK9 May God keeps you healthy and happy brother. Love and wishes''.
After the mid-air brawl and mud-slinging spree, the friendship between Sunil and Kapil went sour. Things turned more ugly when they started washing their dirty linens in public. While Kapil claimed that he called Sunil to be a part of his new show, Sunil refuted his claims.
Kapil made a comeback on the small screen with Family Time With Kapil Sharma. In the promos of the show, the ace comedian was seen taking a jibe on himself. The first guest on the show was Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn.
Co-stars Bharti Singh and Kiku Sharda also wished Kapil on his special day. Bharti, who is currently on an extended honeymoon break with husband Harsh Limbachiyaa, took to Instagram and posted a lovely picture of herself with birthday boy Kapil Sharma.
“Happy birthday @kapilsharma bro! The world talks about a lot of things... It doesn't affect the King! You're the comedy King! You bring laughter to our lives... I have always loved to work with you and looking forward to work with you #bigbro #inspiration #lovable #hardworker #mentor #comedyking #birthdayvibes #instahappy”, the laughter queen captioned the picture.
Kiku Sharda also posted a heartfelt birthday message for the Family Time with Kapil Sharma host on Twitter. “By far the most talented person I know @KapilSharmaK9 Happy Birthday bhai. Stay healthy, stay blessed”, the comedian tweeted.
Meanwhile, when IANS asked where he wants to see himself after five years, Kapil said, ''After five years, I will be sitting here and talking to you about my next venture. I just wish I get new ideas and ways to entertain people. One tends to get bored if one keeps on doing the same thing. I will keep on coming out with some different show or different film.''
