Saumya from Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki aka Rubina Dilaik is all set to walk the aisle with long-time boyfriend Abhinav Shukla. The couple will be exchanging the wedding vows in Rubina’s hometown Shimla at the famous Woodville Palace. The pre-wedding ceremonies have already begun with Mehendi and the pictures from the celebrations are floating on the social media.
Ahead of her big day, the bride-to-be Rubina Dilaik can be seen with a radiant glow on her face. One picture from the Mehendi ceremony with her mother is doing rounds on the social media. She is dressed in a floral gown and a crop top jacket while her hands and legs are tattoed with mehendi.
Her close friend Rahuol Lohani posted a picture with the bride-to-be Rubina on his Instagram. He’s in Shimla with family to attend his friend’s wedding.
Rubina Dilaik shared her wedding invitation card on her Instagram with a caption, “True Love nurtures and nourishes the soul! With this thought we @ashukla09 wanted to gift “a life to our friends to mark the beginning of our new journey and thank them for being with us through our thick and thin. The love is not only for people and by people but we both have love for nature as well hence, physically our invite is organic and totally biodegradable! The cards are made of MDF wood and recycled paper! We want to encourage people to keep weddings fun and nature-friendly!”
The wedding invite has taken cue from Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s wedding reception cards which had a sapling tagged along with it. Seems like Rubina and Abhinav has also planned to go green for their wedding.
She had been sharing the pictures of her pre-wedding celebrations with best friend Srishty Rode on the Instagram.
Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla will be pronounced man and wife on June 21st in Shimla. After the nuptials, they will host a lavish wedding reception for their friends from the industry on June 28, 2018 at Kishor Kumar Bungalow, Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai.
