TV actresses and real-life friends Rubina Dilaik and Srishty Rode have come together for a video project. The gorgeous ladies have featured in a music video ‘Faded by Lost Stories’ which can be received as an ode to female friendships. The video is based on the chartbuster track ‘Faded’ by Alan Walker, with classic touch to it. The song has been remixed by Prayag Mehta. Watch how Rubina Dilaik and Srishty Rode did justice to this masterpiece.

Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki actress Rubina Dilaik herself is the mastermind behind the concept. As you can clearly see in the video, it narrates the tale of friends who have broken up, but not broken down. It pays a tribute to female friendships, with two girl friends uplifting, liberating and motivating each other.

The music video will make you miss your girl bestie. No matter what, we have someone who’s always having our back. We stumble, we fall but we have our special ‘someone’ to hold us up. No, we’re not talking about life partners, but best friends. The silent heroes whose unconditional support make  us climb even the toughest terrains of life.

Rubina Dilaik’s real-life boyfriend and actor Abhinav Shukla is the man behind direction and editing of the video. The dance moves have been choreographed by the actress Srishty Rode himself.

Speaking about her journey in television, Srishty Rode told a leading publication, “Beginning with a youth show Yeh Ishq Haaye then doing the historical Shobha Somnath Ki, I have also played a housewife in Punar Vivah and last but not the least have also tried the comic genre in Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi. I wanted to try my hand at south film and also wanted to travel. I also did a TVC now, I am back to my favourite hunting ground.”

“TV actors don’t really get stuff which merit their caliber, they are mostly typecast. Luckily, good work is happening on the tube and I would want to try out genres what I have not done before. I can do as much varied stuff,” she added.

Srishty Rode is engaged to TV actor Manish Naggdev. She will be tying the knot with the actor this winter.
